Submit all final payment amounts to your vendors.
Include final count for adults, children, children requiring a high chair or booster seat, guests with allergies and where they will be seated, the number of guests over 21, the number of tables, and number of chairs at each table.
Confirm final guest count for the rehearsal dinner and reconfirm final details with the vendor.
Prepare any toasts and thank you speeches for the rehearsal dinner and wedding.
